DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual fundraiser Gala on Sunday\, November 1st! Come by to enjoy fiddle tunes\, square sets and step dancing\, crafts in the Kids Korner\, and participate in the excitement of our raffle drawings. Please join us and bring family and friends! \nThis year\, we are honored to present a performance by Canadian fiddler Troy MacGillivray as well as a host of local talent. The full performer lineup and schedule will be published once it is finalized. \nRaffle tickets are available! First prize is $500\, second prize is $200 and third prize is $100. We hope you can sell them to family\, friends\, and neighbors. You can drop off completed slips and money anytime the club is open – check the website or calendar in the newsletter for dates – or mail them in (please only mail checks – no cash). If you would like raffle tickets and did not receive any\, please stop by the club when we’re open or send us an email. \nThe bars will be open and the Club will provide sandwiches\, coffee and tea. Bring a snack or dessert to share if you’d like.

DESCRIPTION:The Canadian American Club is hosting its annual Gala on Sunday\, October 29th beginning at 1pm. The Gala will feature a fabulous array of musicians who donate their time and talent. Come by to enjoy fiddling\, square dancing\, piping\, step and set dancing and of course a song or two! Please join us and bring a friend! \nThere will also be food & drink\, as well as several raffle and door prizes. Feel free to contribute a dessert\, or a plate of finger sandwiches or something like that. \nIf you’d like to volunteer some time\, please let us know. We can always use help setting up tables & chairs the day before\, and cleaning up after the event is over. \nThis event is a major source of income for the club and helps to pay for on-going expenses as well as fund building repairs.
